years in commercial property management with Precedent Real Estate
Services and residential property management at The Remington Club in

portfolio experience in management and leasing, ranging from small owner
occupied office facilities to large Class A suburban office properties, I
am uniquely qualified and I bring to the table, an intuitive ability
developed though hands on experience in virtually every aspect of
commercial real estate. I am also experienced with residential management
through my experience as a facility director for a large retirement
community.
My
skill sets have been developed through hands on experience in commercial
and residential development and construction. I am computer literate and
have mastered not only Microsoft Office suite of products but many other
productivity software packages.
My
management style has been described as empowering and composed while
working in a collaborative environment. My work ethic as a multi-tasking
